History
The first mention of the manor appears in 1689. The rectangular main dwelling is framed by two working wings disposed perpendicularly to the dwelling. These constructions determine an interior courtyard, closed to the north by a wall raised around 1855. The staircases of the north and south façades have been transformed. That of the north comes from a villa now destroyed, which was situated on boulevard Béranger in Tours. The interiors have preserved a central staircase with wooden balusters, and monumental stone fireplaces.
