De l'édifice d'origine, sans doute un gîte d'étape romain, subsistent deux murs perpendiculaires encastrés dans des constructions modernes. Tous deux présentent un arc en plein cintre dont les deux rouleaux sont constitués par des claveaux de pierre alternant avec des claveaux composés de deux briques séparées par un lit épais de mortier. L'arrachement du mur sud présente des éléments du clavage d'une autre arcade dont le niveau semble avoir été celui de l'arc du mur ouest.

History
Of the original edifice, probably a Roman stage post, there remain two perpendicular walls set into modern constructions. Both present a round arch whose two rolls are composed of stone voussoirs alternating with voussoirs made up of two bricks separated by a thick bed of mortar. The return of the south wall presents elements of the voussoir pattern of another arcade whose level appears to have been that of the arch of the west wall.
