Type de gentilhommière fortifiée du 16e siècle, l'édifice est composé de deux bâtiments d'habitation perpendiculaires, limitant à l'est et au sud une vaste cour, et dont les façades extérieures, à l'est et au sud, sont flanquées de tours cylindriques. Le bâtiment sud aboutit à l'ouest à un ancien colombier, au-delà duquel se développent des communs semblant dater du 17e siècle. Deux petits pavillons rectangulaires sont construits à l'entrée de la cour.

History
Former fief subject to the château of Esvres. A type of fortified country house of the 16th century, the building is composed of two residential buildings at right angles, limiting to the east and south a vast courtyard, and whose outer façades, to the east and south, are flanked by cylindrical towers. The south building ends to the west in a former dovecote, beyond which extend outbuildings appearing to date from the 17th century. Two small rectangular pavilions are built at the entrance to the courtyard.
