Un premier oratoire fut réalisé par Saint-Martin pour détruire le culte païen voué à la source voisine. Au-dessus de la fenêtre absidiale, une inscription effacée rappelait que la chapelle, les murs dans leur ensemble et l'abside sont romans. La voûte en charpente peut dater de la fin du 15e siècle, ainsi que la porte à l'ouest. C'est une chapelle à une seule nef. La maçonnerie de petit appareil date de l'époque romane, ainsi que les quatre fenêtres latérales en plein cintre, et certainement l'abside en cul de four. Des restes de fresques se devinent sur la voûte en maçonnerie de l'abside, figurant un Christ en majesté.

History
A first oratory was built by Saint-Martin to destroy the pagan worship devoted to the nearby spring. Above the apsidal window, an erased inscription recalled that the chapel, the walls as a whole and the apse are Romanesque. The timber roof vault may date from the end of the 15th century, as does the door to the west. It is a chapel with a single nave. The small ashlar masonry dates from the Romanesque period, as do the four lateral windows in round arch, and certainly the barrel-vaulted apse. Remains of frescoes are discernible on the masonry vault of the apse, depicting a Christ in majesty.
