Petit pavillon à un seul étage que Pierre Meunier, architecte et ingénieur des levées de la Loire, s'est lui-même construit. Une porte cochère, ouverte en retrait entre les façades de deux pavillons latéraux, donne accès à la cour qui s'étend devant la façade principale et méridiolanale de la maison. Celle-ci est composée d'un corps de logis rectangulaire, accompagné de deux ailes en retour d'équerre au sud. Des pilastres à bossages divisent la façade méridionale en trois travées et supportent un fronton rompu à sa base. La porte de gauche donne accès à la cage d'escalier avec rampe en fer forgé. La salle à manger est chauffée par un poële en faïence logé dans une niche, contemporain de l'édifice.

History
Small pavilion of a single storey which Pierre Meunier, architect and engineer of the Loire levees, built for himself. A carriage gate, opened back between the façades of two lateral pavilions, gives access to the courtyard which extends before the principal and south façade of the house. The latter is composed of a rectangular main dwelling, accompanied by two wings at right angles to the south. Rusticated pilasters divide the south façade into three bays and support a broken pediment at its base. The left door gives access to the stair cage with wrought iron handrail. The dining room is heated by a faience stove housed in a niche, contemporary with the building.
