Historique
Hôtel Renaissance construit au 15e siècle et agrandi au 16e. Le vestibule d'entrée présente un plafond de pierre sculpté d'époque François Ier. Au fond du vestibule, ouvrant sur la cour, la porte est de la même époque, encadrée de deux pilastres avec chapiteaux sculptés. A la partie supérieure se trouve un tympan triangulaire orné d'arabesques. Au centre de ce tympan se détache un buste d'homme, sans doute un membre de la famille Cottereau qui donna plusieurs maires à la ville.

History
Renaissance hotel built in the 15th century and enlarged in the 16th. The entrance vestibule presents a sculptured stone ceiling of the François Ier period. At the back of the vestibule, opening onto the courtyard, the door is of the same period, framed by two pilasters with carved capitals. At the upper part is found a triangular tympanum decorated with arabesques. At the centre of this tympanum stands out a bust of a man, doubtless a member of the Cottereau family which provided several mayors to the city.
