L'hôtel se compose d'un corps de logis central et de deux ailes inégales, de moindre hauteur que le logis central. Au nord, la façade du corps de logis central a ses trois travées séparées par des pilastres en bossages soutenant un fronton décoré d'un cartouche portant le monogramme des Bacot, accompagné de palmes. La porte principale est ouverte au levant, dans le mur pignon de l'aile correspondante où se trouve l'escalier d'honneur. Depuis le 18e siècle, l'accès à cette porte se fait par un large couloir ménagé au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel voisin, construit à cette époque. En même temps que celui-ci fut bâti au nord, devant l'aile Est, un petit avant corps couvert d'une terrasse.

History
The hotel comprises a central main building and two unequal wings, of lesser height than the central main building. To the north, the façade of the central main building has its three bays separated by rusticated pilasters supporting a pediment decorated with a cartouche bearing the monogram of the Bacot, accompanied by palm leaves. The main door opens to the east, in the gable wall of the corresponding wing where the grand staircase is located. Since the 18th century, access to this door has been by means of a wide corridor provided on the ground floor of the neighbouring hotel, constructed at that period. At the same time as this was built to the north, in front of the east wing, a small avant-corps covered with a terrace was erected.
