History
Former rural property of the monastery of the Carmelites, of Tours. The former farm comprises a dwelling building composed of two bodies of lodging at right angles and whose main one has its south-west façade surmounted by a triangular pediment; a chapel which served as a barn, situated in the prolongation of the previous; service buildings to the north and east of the courtyard.
