Au 18e siècle, le domaine appartenait au séminaire de Tours. Le logis d'habitation est constitué par un long bâtiment dont la travée centrale des deux façades est surmontée d'un fronton triangulaire, au-dessus d'une porte-fenêtre munie d'un balcon en fer forgé. History
In the 18th century, the estate belonged to the seminary of Tours. The main dwelling is constituted by a long building whose central bay of both façades is surmounted by a triangular pediment, above a French window provided with a wrought-iron balcony. To the north of this dwelling develops the entrance court, bounded by a wall pierced by the entrance door, constituted by a gate between two piers topped by a pyramid and a sphere. To the east and west, this court is partly closed by the façades of two outbuilding structures contemporary with the dwelling, and each accompanied by a small low turret. Each outbuilding structure is constituted by two perpendicular wings. A vast park extends to the south of the manor.
