La façade est un dernier rappel de l'ordre colossal, son milieu à peine saillant marqué par deux effets de pilastres plats à l'aplomb du fronton. A l'ouest, le commun est un bâtiment du 18e siècle. A l'est du manoir, les terrasses s'étagent au-dessus des jardins. Cette demeure est, en Touraine, l'un des rares spécimens de construction de la fin du 18e siècle.

History
In 1780, the building comprised a ground storey and roof space. It was raised by one storey in 1890. The gate giving access to the park is the former gate of the kitchen garden of Chanteloup, sold at the Revolution. The façade is a final reminder of the colossal order, its centre barely projecting marked by two effects of flat pilasters in line with the pediment. To the west, the outbuilding is an 18th-century building. To the east of the manor, the terraces step down above the gardens. This residence is, in Touraine, one of the rare specimens of construction from the late 18th century.
