Historique
Le fief relevait de Plessis-lès-Tours et, plus tard, pour une partie, d'Amboise. C'est un long bâtiment fait d'un simple rez-de-chaussée et de combles assez élevés éclairés par trois grandes lucarnes et de deux oeils de boeuf qui étaient tous épaulés d'accolades en volutes. Un balcon a été fait à la lucarne centrale. Il s'appuie sur deux colonnes à cannelures torses, ornées d'hermines et de fleurs de lys qui sont sûrement Renaissance et proviennent d'un château royal (très probablement des démolitions d'une partie du château d'Amboise, sous le Premier Empire). Sur la face postérieure, deux légers décrochements forment deux avancées. A l'intérieur, une cheminée de boiseries Louis XV possède cinq petits tiroirs sous la tablette, qui étaient destinés à l'éclosion des vers à soie.

History
The fief was subject to Plessis-lès-Tours and, later, for part of it, to Amboise. It is a long building consisting of a single storey and fairly high roof space lit by three large dormers and two ox-eyes which were all flanked by acrolled brackets. A balcony was made to the central dormer. It rests on two columns with twisted fluting, decorated with ermines and fleurs-de-lis which are certainly Renaissance and come from a royal château (very probably from the demolitions of part of Amboise château, under the First Empire). On the rear face, two slight offsets form two projections. Inside, a Louis XV woodwork chimney has five small drawers under the shelf, which were intended for the hatching of silkworms.
