History
The original purpose of this building is unknown. It may have served as a justice house, but no document confirms this. In 1876, the first floor was arranged as a courthouse for the justice of the peace and divided by partitions. On the interior, each storey formed a single room whose ceiling of large beams is supported by two round columns, with capitals ornamented with broad foliage. The old spiral staircase was replaced by a ramp staircase in two flights.
