Historique
Maison acensée, en 1463, par le chapitre de Saint-Ursin, au barbier Philibert Guérin, à charge de construire à neuf une maison de trois étages. La maison comporte un rez-de-chaussée et un premier étage. Le rez-de-chaussée sur rue devait avoir une boutique entièrement remplacée par une devanture moderne. Le premier étage et le pignon sur rue ont été recouverts d'enduit. Il ne reste apparent que le poteau cornier décoré d'une niche dont le support est formé de trois têtes accolées et le dais très ajouré, d'esprit gothique, est un des plus beaux. La façade sur la rue des Juifs se compose d'un étage en saillie sur une poutre moulurée. Des poteaux en bois avec chapiteaux et bases moulurées séparent des compartiments avec croix de Saint-André.

History
House leased in 1463 by the chapter of Saint-Ursin to the barber Philibert Guérin, with the charge to build anew a house of three storeys. The house comprises a ground floor and a first storey. The ground floor on the street was to have a shop entirely replaced by a modern shopfront. The first storey and the gable on the street have been covered with render. Only the corner post decorated with a niche remains visible, whose support is formed of three adjoining heads and the very pierced canopy, of Gothic spirit, is one of the finest. The facade on the rue des Juifs consists of a storey projecting over a moulded beam. Wooden posts with moulded capitals and bases separate compartments with St Andrew's Cross.
