History
The building appears to have been intended to receive the payments in kind which the chapter collected. The lower storey, intended for wines, is vaulted in two naves and three bays under-ribbed with crossed ribs. The pillars are cylindrical and the capitals have crockets. The external buttresses indicate the end of the 13th or beginning of the 14th century. A stone staircase rises outside the gable and gives access to the granary which is lit by small twin lancet openings in the gables.
