Cette maison est attestée depuis 1512. Elle a été édifiée immédiatement après l'incendie de 1487, pour le marchand Louis Olivier. Ce logis a toujours appartenu à des commerçants, parmi lesquels un maître pâtissier au 16e siècle. L'appellation provient du poteau cornier représentant trois flûtes. History
This house is attested from 1512. It was built immediately after the fire of 1487, for the merchant Louis Olivier. This dwelling has always belonged to merchants, among whom a master pastry cook in the 16th century. The designation derives from the corner post representing three flutes. The exterior façades are composed of timber framing projecting one above the other.
