History
The portal is the sole element preserved of the hôtel of the Treasurers of the Sainte-Chapelle. A much effaced inscription permitted reading that Arnoul Belin, first treasurer of the Palace of Bourges, had this hôtel built in 1418 for himself and the treasurers his successors.
