Cet hôtel fut construit de 1623 à 1628 par Jean Lejuge, pour abriter le Bureau des Finances de la généralité de Bourges. La façade sur rue fut modifiée à la fin du 18e siècle, lorsque, après le départ du Bureau des Finances, l'hôtel devint la propriété de la famille Robin de Scevole. La suppression de l'escalier des trésoriers (à l'exception des murs) et du pavillon d'entrée entraîna la reconstruction des façades sur rue des deux ailes. History
This hotel was built from 1623 to 1628 by Jean Lejuge, to house the Finance Bureau of the généralité of Bourges. The street façade was modified at the end of the 18th century, when, after the departure of the Finance Bureau, the hotel became the property of the Robin de Scevole family. The removal of the treasurers' staircase (except for the walls) and the entrance pavilion led to the reconstruction of the street façades of the two wings. The staircase was relocated to the large pavilion.
