Cette grosse tour sur plan hémi-circulaire oblong était en saillie de tout son volume sur l'ancienne enceinte dont le mur a disparu. Il en reste les chaînes d'angle en "Roussard" taillé, ainsi que les trois fines et longues archères. Elle n'a plus ni chemin de ronde, ni mâchicoulis. Une toiture tardive en poivrière la couvre. Le pied avant de la tour baigne dans un important fossé de défense, alimenté en eau par un ruisseau appelé les "Echanges".

History
This large tower on an oblong semi-circular plan stood out in its entire volume from the old enclosure whose wall has disappeared. There remain the corner chains in dressed "Roussard", as well as the three fine and long arrow slits. It no longer has either a wall-walk or machicolations. A late roof in tower-roof form covers it. The front base of the tower is bathed in an important defensive ditch, fed with water by a stream called the "Echanges".
