Historique
Cette église dépendait de l'abbaye de Marcillac, donation faite en 1080. Petite église de campagne, au plan difficilement lisible à cause des bâtiments qui s'y sont adossés au cours des âges. A l'ouest et au sud, une galerie est abritée d'un auvent reposant à l'ouest sur des piles de brique et, au sud, sur des piliers en bois. Le clocher-mur, percé de cinq baies plein cintre, est soutenu par d'épais contreforts. A l'ouest, le portail gothique édifié au 15e siècle, est décoré de masques au sommet des voussures. Une niche le surmonte. Au sud se trouve une autre porte en arc brisé. A l'intérieur, deux chapelles latérales s'ouvrent sur la nef. Le choeur est composé d'une abside étayée par quatre contreforts plats, précédée d'une travée rythmée par des doubleaux reposant sur des chapiteaux très frustes, soutenus par des colonnes engagées.

History
This church was dependent on the abbey of Marcillac, a donation made in 1080. Small country church, with a plan difficult to read because of the buildings which have been built against it over the ages. To the west and south, a gallery is sheltered by an awning resting to the west on brick piers and, to the south, on wooden pillars. The porch tower, pierced with five round arch openings, is supported by thick buttresses. To the west, the Gothic portal built in the 15th century, is decorated with masks at the top of the voussures. A niche surmounts it. To the south is found another door in pointed arch. Inside, two lateral chapels open onto the nave. The choir is composed of an apse braced by four flat buttresses, preceded by a bay rhythmed by doubleaux resting on very crude capitals, supported by engaged columns.
