History
Manor house of the late 13th - early 14th century. The present house has retained a pointed arch door on the first floor. Geminated Gothic windows light the building. According to tradition, it was in this house that cardinal Pierre des Prés, vice chancellor of the Roman church and alter-ego of Pope John XXII, founder of the collegiate church of Saint-Martin in Montpezat, is said to have been born.
