Saint-Semin était la paroisse du prieuré de Francor, de l'ordre du Grand Mont. Au 17e siècle, elle était desservie par un vicaire perpétuel institué par l'évêque de Cahors. Le clocher de l'église a été bâti au 14e siècle. De plan octogonal, en pierre, il est soutenu par le mur de façade d'un côté et, du côté opposé, par un arc en maçonnerie. Chaque pan de l'octogone est percé de deux ouvertures superposées. Le clocher se termine par une petite flèche octogonale en briques.

History
Saint-Semin was the parish of the priory of Francor, of the order of Grand Mont. In the 17th century, it was served by a perpetual vicar appointed by the bishop of Cahors. The bell tower of the church was built in the 14th century. Of octagonal plan, in stone, it is supported by the façade wall on one side and, on the opposite side, by a masonry arch. Each side of the octagon is pierced with two superimposed openings. The bell tower is topped by a small octagonal brick spire.
