Immeuble rectangulaire avec une façade principale en encorbellement. Toutes les poutrelles qui supportent l'encorbellement du premier étage sont décorées de moulures mais suivant deux types différents, correspondant sans doute à une ancienne réparation. Un premier type est profilé de deux quarts-de-rond, chacun avec listel. Le second type comprend trois boudins profilés en amande, raccordés entre eux par des gorges. Supporté par des poutrelles, le pan de bois s'élève verticalement sur deux étages, sans nouvelle saillie à la base du deuxième. Entre ces deux niveaux, les sablières, encadrant les embouts des sommiers, dessinent un double bandeau horizontal. Les panneaux du pan de bois sont constitués alternativement par des croix de Saint-André et des panneaux rectangulaires à armature verticale médiane. Toutes les briques sont disposées par lits horizontaux. Les rares fenêtres s'inserrent dans le colombage. A l'extrémité gauche de cette façade, l'angle a été renforcé par un pan de bois constitué par une série de panneaux en croix de Saint-André. Si les moulurations des poutrelles sont gothiques, la construction n'est probablement pas antérieure au 16e siècle.

History
Rectangular building with a main façade in corbelling. All the small beams which support the corbelling of the first storey are decorated with mouldings but following two different types, corresponding no doubt to an old repair. A first type is profiled with two quarter-rounds, each with a listel. The second type comprises three mouldings profiled in almond shape, connected together by gorges. Supported by small beams, the timber framing rises vertically over two storeys, without new projection at the base of the second. Between these two levels, the sill beams, framing the ends of the summers, draw a double horizontal band. The timber-framing panels are constituted alternately by St. Andrew's crosses and rectangular panels with median vertical framework. All the bricks are laid in horizontal courses. The rare windows are set in the timber framework. At the left end of this façade, the angle has been reinforced by timber framing constituted by a series of panels in St. Andrew's crosses. If the mouldings of the small beams are Gothic, the construction is probably not earlier than the 16th century.
