Historique
La fontaine, dite "des Pisseurs", est alimentée par les eaux canalisées de la source dite la "Font Franque". Elle se compose d'un bassin de puisage inférieur pouvant servir d'abreuvoir, et d'une vasque supérieure portée par une colonne centrale. Le milieu de la vasque est occupé par un motif que constitue une sorte de balustre supportant les quatre petites figures (les pisseurs), lesquelles cantonnent un petit piédestal surmontant le balustre et couronné par quatre dauphins accolés dont les queues, au sommet du motif, portent en prolongement le tube de jet sur la tête. Les figures en bronze semblent avoir été fondues séparément dans le même moule, puis rapportées et fixées à leur emplacement. Le bassin et la vasque supérieure sont de plan duodécagonal. La colonne centrale, couronné d'un chapeau d'encorbellement à biseau, est octogonale.

History
The fountain, called "des Pisseurs", is fed by the channelled waters of the source called "Font Franque". It consists of a lower drawing basin which can serve as a watering trough, and an upper basin carried by a central column. The centre of the basin is occupied by a motif consisting of a sort of baluster supporting four small figures (the pisseurs), which cantonate a small pedestal surmounting the baluster and crowned by four accolled dolphins whose tails, at the summit of the motif, carry in extension the jet tube onto the head. The bronze figures appear to have been cast separately in the same mould, then brought together and fixed in place. The basin and the upper basin are of dodecagonal plan. The central column, crowned with a bevelled corbel cap, is octagonal.
