Edifice bâti sur le plan classique des hôtels du 16e siècle avec une cour d'honneur bordée de bâtiments sur trois côtés, le quatrième se trouvant sur rue, fermé d'un haut mur de clôture dans l'axe duquel s'ouvre un portail monumental. La partie gauche renferme la cage d'escalier et se poursuit au-dessus des toitures, formant tour belvédère. Chacune des faces de cette tour est percée d'un oeil-de-boeuf à encadrement sculpté qui coupe la corniche et est surmonté d'une corniche avec fronton en chapeau de gendarme avec vase sculpté. Le portail monumental est en plein cintre, à bossages, flanqué de décrochements formant pilastres à consoles, et couronné par une corniche surmontée d'un motif central à fronton circulaire orné. Seule la cage d'escalier conserve ses fenêtres à meneaux. L'intérieur conserve un escalier en pierre à la française, à deux volées parallèles, paliers de repos, dessous de marche apparents, pilastres... Les portes palières sont ornées de manière différente selon les étages. La partie supérieure est la plus intéressante et forme, au-dessus du palier du second étage, une loggia décorative. Le plafond de l'escalier est à la française, avec poutres et solives apparentes. Cet hôtel est un témoin de l'habitat privé dans le Midi au 16e siècle.

History
Building constructed on the classical plan of 16th-century hôtels with an honour court bordered by buildings on three sides, the fourth facing the street, closed by a high boundary wall in the axis of which opens a monumental portal. The left part contains the staircase shaft and continues above the roofs, forming a belvedere tower. Each face of this tower is pierced by an oculus with sculpted frame which cuts the cornice and is surmounted by a cornice with gendarme-hat pediment with sculpted vase. The monumental portal is in round arch, with bosses, flanked by set-backs forming pilasters with consoles, and crowned by a cornice surmounted by a central motif with ornamented circular pediment. Only the staircase shaft retains its mullioned windows. The interior retains a French-style stone staircase, with two parallel flights, landings, exposed undersides of steps, pilasters... The landing doors are ornamented differently according to the storeys. The upper part is the most interesting and forms, above the landing of the second storey, a decorative loggia. The staircase ceiling is French-style, with exposed beams and joists. This hôtel is a testament to private residence in the Midi in the 16th century.
