Historique
Il existait, au 16e siècle, un "château de corrompis" dont le seigneur était Paul de Cajarc en 1544. La tour de plan carré comporte une salle basse voûtée d'arêtes, accessible autrefois par le trou aménagé au milieu de la voûte. L'entrée de la tour était une porte en arc brisé qui s'ouvre à une hauteur de quatre mètres. La tour est découronnée de son étage terminal. Il s'agirait d'une tour à signaux, dépendance du château dont il ne reste aucun vestige.

History
In the 16th century there existed a "castle of the corrupt" whose lord was Paul de Cajarc in 1544. The square-plan tower comprises a vaulted basement room, formerly accessible by the opening made in the middle of the vault. The entrance to the tower was a pointed-arch door which opens at a height of four metres. The tower is bereft of its upper storey. It would be a signal tower, a dependency of the castle of which no vestige remains.
