Au 14e siècle, le quartier de la rue de la Grande Côte était un fief du chapitre Saint-Salvi. Depuis sa construction, l'immeuble a subi quelques modifications. History
In the 14th century, the neighbourhood of rue de la Grande Côte was a fief of the chapter of Saint-Salvi. Since its construction, the building has undergone some modifications. The façade on the street has been preserved without change, with its old doors and windows, as has the façade on the adjacent alley. The side facing the Tarn was transformed, probably when rue de la Dongue was widened to continue quai Choiseul to Pont vieux. The façade wall at ground level is faced with irregular ashlar stone. The wall of the upper storeys is in brick. Each of the first two storeys is lit by two large windows with intersecting mullions. The projecting lateral pilasters support a small straight entablature, forming projecting returns at the level of the pilasters.
