Historique
Elevé au 15e siècle sur plan carré, le choeur primitif était situé sous le clocher. La crainte de la foudre qui frappa plusieurs fois ce point, fit transporter l'autel dans un nouveau choeur construit à l'ouest de l'édifice. Cette modification fut la seule apportée au plan primitif. Sous le clocher, l'ancien choeur est orné de fines colonnettes aux chapiteaux historiés. La tribune possède une voûte peinte au 16e siècle, conservant trois panneaux sur quatre. La disposition intérieure du clocher lui permet d'être utilisé comme donjon de défense, avec meutrières et mâchicoulis, ainsi que trois étages séparés. La flèche est creuse.

History
Erected in the 15th century on a square plan, the original choir was situated beneath the bell tower. Fear of lightning which struck this spot several times led to the removal of the altar to a new choir built to the west of the building. This modification was the only one made to the original plan. Beneath the bell tower, the old choir is decorated with fine small columns with historiated capitals. The gallery has a vault painted in the 16th century, preserving three panels out of four. The internal arrangement of the bell tower allows it to be used as a defensive keep, with loopholes and machicolations, as well as three separate storeys. The spire is hollow.
