Historique
Eglise de plan en croix grecque. La nef se termine par un sanctuaire plutôt rectangulaire. Les bras de la croix sont formés, du côté épître, par une chapelle demi-circulaire ; du côté évangile par une chapelle rectangulaire. Le clocher surmonte en partie seulement cette dernière. Un porche s'élève contre la chapelle demi-circulaire, sans doute ajouté postérieurement car la corniche de la chapelle se poursuit à l'intérieur. La porte principale a été disposée et replacée à l'endroit qu'elle occupe actuellement. Ce déplacement a sans doute eu lieu lors de la création d'une tribune au fond de la nef. L'ensemble du monument et la porte appartiennent au 12e siècle. La porte est couverte par cinq archivoltes dont une est portée sur colonnes. Le tympan est orné d'un chrisme surmonté d'une croix. Aux branches supérieures sont suspendus l'alpha et l'oméga. Des oiseaux et l'agneau symboliques complètent la décoration de cette partie de la porte qui est encadrée par une baguette à torsade, enserrant des feuilles de trèfle. La nef est couverte par un berceau surbaissé en bois, le sanctuaire par une voûte à nervures également en bois. La chapelle demi-circulaire est voûtée partie en cul de four, partie en berceau. La chapelle sous le clocher est couverte par un berceau en maçonnerie.

History
Church of Greek cross plan. The nave terminates in a rather rectangular sanctuary. The arms of the cross are formed, on the epistle side, by a semicircular chapel; on the gospel side by a rectangular chapel. The bell tower surmounts in part only this latter one. A porch rises against the semicircular chapel, doubtless added subsequently as the corniche of the chapel continues on the interior. The main door has been arranged and relocated to the place it currently occupies. This displacement doubtless took place upon the creation of a gallery at the far end of the nave. The entire monument and the door belong to the 12th century. The door is covered by five archivolts, one of which is borne on columns. The tympanum is adorned with a chrism surmounted by a cross. At the upper branches are suspended the alpha and the omega. Symbolic birds and lamb complete the decoration of this part of the door which is framed by a twisted bead, enclosing trefoil leaves. The nave is covered by a depressed barrel vault in wood, the sanctuary by a rib vault also in wood. The semicircular chapel is vaulted partly in pendentive, partly in barrel vault. The chapel under the bell tower is covered by a barrel vault in masonry.
