Historique
Château construit en 1697 par François de Pelegrin, gouverneur de samatan, sur l'emplacement d'un ancien édifice. La chapelle est construite en 1709, puis reconstruite en 1733. Au cours de la Révolution, le château fut entièrement pillé. En 1872-1873, le parc fut aménagé et le château subit des aménliorations permettant des conditions de vie plus agréables. L'édifice présente une disposition traditionnelle avec deux ailes en retour délimitant une cour. La façade nord est cantonnée de deux tours. La cour d'honneur est fermée au sud par un bâtiment en rez-de-chaussée, au centre duquel est ménagé un portail.

History
Castle built in 1697 by François de Pelegrin, governor of Samatan, on the site of an old building. The chapel was built in 1709, then rebuilt in 1733. During the Revolution, the castle was completely looted. In 1872-1873, the park was laid out and the castle underwent improvements allowing more comfortable living conditions. The building presents a traditional layout with two wings in return delimiting a courtyard. The north facade is flanked by two towers. The courtyard of honour is closed to the south by a single-storey building, in the centre of which is a portal.
