Historique
La tour servait de prison. Elle fait partie de l'ensemble cathédral et est liée à la sacristie de la cathédrale, par laquelle il faut passer pour y accéder au rez-de-chaussée, correspondant au sol de la place Salinis. Au sous-sol, trois cellules ; au rez-de-chaussée, deux avec portes. L'accès au premier étage se fait par la salle capitulaire, au-dessus de la sacristie. Il comporte une cellule, une entrée, toutes deux voûtées en berceau. L'accès au second étage se fait par la salle située au-dessus de la salle capitulaire. L'étage comprend une pièce voûtée en berceau plein cintre, avec deux portes, dont une en fer. L'accès au troisième se fait par les combles. A partir de cet étage, l'accès aux trois autres étages semblables se fait par un escalier en pierre en limaçon.

The tower served as a prison.
