Immeuble de Pierre de Saint-Etienne, capitoul de 1538-1539, qui conserve quelques sculptures Renaissance, deux bustes de personnages et un bas-relief, provenant sans doute d'un remaniement de la construction. La cour intérieure, délimitée par cinq corps de bâtiments et le porche d'entrée en saillie, a une forme pentagonale. Sur l'emplacement du grand portail se trouvait la maison du maître-coutelier François Cellar qui, en 1760, forgea le couteau dit de Montmorency, lequel, selon la légende, aurait tranché le cour du duc de Montmorency le 30 octobre 1632.

History
Building of Pierre de Saint-Etienne, capitoul of 1538-1539, which preserves some Renaissance sculptures, two busts of figures and a bas-relief, probably coming from an alteration of the construction. The interior courtyard, bounded by five building blocks and the entrance porch in projection, has a pentagonal shape. At the location of the great portal stood the house of the master cutler François Cellar who, in 1760, forged the knife known as the Montmorency, which, according to legend, is said to have severed the heart of the Duke of Montmorency on 30 October 1632.
