History
The castle comprises a circular tower, which contains the spiral staircase, opening by a rectangular door framed by a triple row of interlocking mouldings. On each side of the door, two corbels decorated with thistle leaves support two pinnacles linked by a counter-curved arch, forming a tympanum above the door. In the tympanum, supported by a corbel, is found the statue of a knight in armour leaning on a heraldic shield.
