En 1803, Bertrand Clauzel achète le domaine et fait reconstruire le château. Le parc a conservé l'empreinte du maréchal, mais surtout celle de Jean de Rességuier, né en 1683, qui attira poètes, écrivains et artistes. History
In 1803, Bertrand Clauzel purchased the estate and had the castle rebuilt. The park retained the imprint of the Marshal, but especially that of Jean de Rességuier, born in 1683, who attracted poets, writers and artists. Jean de Rességuier preserved the rural estate to the south and developed the park to the west and north. The outlines of the former parterres and avenues, punctuated by basins and garden buildings, testify to the art of living in the 18th century.
