Au-dessus du linteau de la porte d'entrée se trouve l'enseigne d'un jeu de paume. Cette enseigne représente le profil du roi Henri II, accompagné des attributs de la royauté et du Jeu de paume. Une raquette est accostée d'une grosse balle et d'un écusson sur lequel se distinguent trois fleurs de lys. Un petit phylactère porte l'année 1553. Le bas-relief est encadré, dans sa partie semi-circulaire, par une bordure de fleurs stylisées et, dans sa partie rectiligne, par douze balles.

History
Above the lintel of the entrance door is found the sign of a jeu de paume. This sign represents the profile of King Henry II, accompanied by the attributes of royalty and of jeu de paume. A racquet is flanked by a large ball and an escutcheon on which three fleurs-de-lis are distinguished. A small scroll bears the year 1553. The bas-relief is framed, in its semi-circular part, by a border of stylised flowers and, in its rectilinear part, by twelve balls.
