Construit par les anciens évêques de Vabres, en Rouergue, afin de relier leur diocèse civil, au diocèse voisin de Lodève, rejoignant le tracé de l'antique voie romaine de Cessero à Segodunum. Ces routes avaient, au 18e siècle, une certaine activité due aux manufactures de draps soumises au contrôle de l'inspecteur royal ambulant de Lodève. C'est un ouvrage à huit arches irrégulières. Il ne comporte que sept redents, les deux extrémités se terminant par un net élargissement.

History
Built by the former bishops of Vabres, in Rouergue, in order to link their civil diocese to the neighbouring diocese of Lodève, joining the course of the ancient Roman road from Cessero to Segodunum. These roads had, in the 18th century, a certain amount of activity due to cloth manufactories subject to the control of the royal travelling inspector of Lodève. It is a structure with eight irregular arches. It comprises only seven redans, the two extremities ending in a clear widening.
