Le château actuel, remanié sous la Restauration, conserve intactes les deux façades nord et ouest datables du 15e siècle. La façade sud, remaniée sous la Restauration, présente un avant-corps plaqué sur le bâtiment du 15e siècle, exemple curieux d'une architecture rustique locale. Il s'agit d'une façade à trois étages flanquée de deux tourelles-pigeonniers avec toiture à quatre pans recouverte d'ardoises taillées en écaille. Le bâtiment du 15e siècle est constitué par le quadrilatère visible depuis l'angle nord-ouest du château. History
The present castle, remodelled under the Restoration, retains intact the two north and west façades dateable to the 15th century. The south façade, remodelled under the Restoration, presents a front body applied to the 15th-century building, a curious example of local rustic architecture. It is a three-storey façade flanked by two pigeon-house turrets with four-pitched roof covered with slate cut in scale pattern. The 15th-century building consists of the quadrilateral visible from the north-west angle of the castle. It is underlined by a row of corbels that support the roof, and by two machicolated turrets, one square on corbels, the other circular in corbel fashion. Inside, the staircase develops over three storeys, with a French ceiling with light grey paint and red banding.
