Contigu à l'hôpital construit en 1260, ce bassin servait au traitement des compagnons d'armes de Saint-Louis, rapportant des croisades la lèpre ou des maladies de peau. C'est un bassin rectangulaire de 12, 50m sur 10m, entouré par trois degrés en granit. Il est alimenté par des sources chaudes sourdant entre les dalles de pierre qui en constituent le fond. History
Contiguous to the hospital built in 1260, this pool was used for the treatment of the companions-in-arms of Saint-Louis, who brought back leprosy or skin diseases from the Crusades. It is a rectangular pool measuring 12.50m by 10m, surrounded by three steps in granite. It is fed by hot springs welling up between the stone slabs which form its bottom. Nearby are other springs with sulphurous waters.
