Selon la tradition, la chapelle actuelle remplacerait l'oratoire bâti par Saint-Lizier. Elle se trouve au centre du cimetière. Le clocher-mur de la chapelle fait partie du groupe de constructions inspirées du baroque, élevées au 18e siècle dans cette partie de l'Ariège. Il présente trois étages d'arcs (2-1-1). Seules les deux arcades inférieures renferment les cloches.

History
According to tradition, the present chapel would replace the oratory built by Saint-Lizier. It is located in the centre of the cemetery. The bell-tower wall of the chapel is part of the group of buildings inspired by the baroque, erected in the 18th century in this part of Ariège. It presents three storeys of arches (2-1-1). Only the two lower arcades contain the bells.
