Villa constuite en 1899 par l'architecte Chanet pour son propre usage. Les élévations extérieures sont en brique nue sur laquelle ont été plaqués des éléments de décor en pierre blanche. Sur les trumeaux du premier étage, accrochage de motifs d'architecture (pilastre, colonne tronquée, console) et d'un buste féminin, posés sur des culots renforcés par des ailerons verticaux. Ces éléments ostentatoires permettaient d'afficher la fonction sociale du propriétaire. Deux fenêtres ont conservé leurs verreries peintes dans l'esprit de l'époque (rameaux fleuris).

History
Villa built in 1899 by the architect Chanet for his own use. The external elevations are in bare brick on which have been applied decorative elements in white stone. On the mullions of the first storey, suspension of architectural motifs (pilaster, truncated column, corbel) and of a female bust, set on corbels reinforced by vertical winglets. These ostentatious elements allowed the display of the social function of the owner. Two windows have retained their painted glasswork in the spirit of the period (flowering branches).
