Villa built in 1911 by the architect Henriquet, in a neo-Gothic style, situated at the extreme end of this historicist movement. Building of trapezoidal plan, with a spur, with a turret on the corner crowned by a machicolated parapet and a main dwelling with façades animated by overhanging loggias with open railings. Doors with escutcheoned tympanum or archivolts with curled cabbage leaves. Windows with moulded mullions or tracery.
