Hubert Colombier, bâtonnier au tribunet de Cusset et propriétaire de la banque de Vichy, fit bâtir de 1897 à 1900 un ensemble de villas formant une voie privée, sablée et fermée par une chaîne. L'ensemble se compose d'une villa principale, la Villa Jurietti, propriété d'Hubert Colombier, et d'autres villas de styles différents, destinées à la location. La villa n°18, située juste après la conciergerie à colombages, n'est pas signée et présente une modénature différente qui permet de se demander si elle appartenait à Hubert Colombier.

History
Hubert Colombier, batonnier at the tribunal of Cusset and owner of the Vichy bank, had built between 1897 and 1900 a set of villas forming a private lane, sanded and closed by a chain. The ensemble consists of a main villa, the Villa Jurietti, property of Hubert Colombier, and other villas of different styles, intended for rental. Villa no. 18, located just after the timber-framed lodge, is not signed and presents different mouldings which raise the question of whether it belonged to Hubert Colombier.
