Historique
Hubert Colombier, bâtonnier au tribunet de Cusset et propriétaire de la banque de Vichy, fit bâtir de 1897 à 1900 un ensemble de villas formant une voie privée, sablée et fermée par une chaîne. L'ensemble se compose d'une villa principale, la Villa Jurietti, propriété d'Hubert Colombier, et d'autres villas de styles différents, destinées à la location. La villa n°14 présente des plates-bandes de baies et des lucarnes aux formes courbes et sinueuses caractéristiques de l'Art Nouveau, de même pour les menuiseries et les ferronneries. A l'intérieur, une verrière garnit les doubles battants de la porte du vestibule, avec des motifs floraux et aquatiques (héron, canard) ainsi qu'un château en fond de paysage. L'escalier possède une rampe mixte, en bois et métal. Le salon a un plafond peint de motifs floraux et de feuillages, et une cheminée en marbre d'inspiration 18e siècle. La salle à manger présente une cheminée surmontée d'une glace dont la frise à l'antique est ornée d'une scène de vendanges. Son plafond est peint de feuillages et fruits.

History
Hubert Colombier, batonnier at the tribunal of Cusset and proprietor of the Vichy bank, had built from 1897 to 1900 a set of villas forming a private way, sanded and closed by a chain. The ensemble consists of a main villa, the Villa Jurietti, property of Hubert Colombier, and other villas of different styles, intended for rental. Villa no. 14 presents flower beds of openings and dormers with curved and sinuous forms characteristic of Art Nouveau, as do the joinery and ironwork. Inside, a glass roof adorns the double doors of the vestibule door, with floral and aquatic motifs (heron, duck) as well as a castle in landscape background. The staircase has a mixed railing, in wood and metal. The drawing room has a ceiling painted with floral motifs and foliage, and a fireplace in marble of 18th-century inspiration. The dining room presents a fireplace surmounted by a mirror whose frieze in the antique manner is ornamented with a vintage scene. Its ceiling is painted with foliage and fruit.
