Maison de l'ancien quartier des pêcheurs présentant, sur le jardin, une façade du 15e siècle comportant une tourelle d'escalier de plan carré à laquelle on accède par une porte couronnée d'un arc brisé à contrecourbe, flanquée de pinacles supportés par des culots sculptés. La façade sur rue est constituée de briques noires et rouges, avec chaînes d'angles et encadrements en pierre de taille, sans doute du 18e siècle. History
House from the former fishermen's quarter presenting, overlooking the garden, a 15th-century facade with a square-plan staircase turret accessed by a door crowned with a broken arch with reverse curve, flanked by pinnacles supported by sculpted corbels. The street facade is made up of black and red bricks, with stone corner chains and stone ashlar surrounds, probably from the 18th century. It is likely that this house represented ducal authority in the quarter, as the arms of the Duke of Bourbon adorn the escutcheon fastening the door opening onto the garden.
