House of the heirs of François Biraud (or Béraud), master tailor of clothes, in 1655 [AD Allier, 3 E 14777 (328), 19 April 1655, sale of the house situated at 29 rue de la Fontaine, west confronting]. At the beginning of the 20th century, this house housed the Fallut butchery. House of the 15th century with timber-framed facade, with exposed and projecting roof trusses to the front of the gable.
