History
In its present state, the castle appears to be the last remnant of a 12th-century castle-fort. Altered in the 15th century. In its old part, the building is constituted of two towers, the northern one containing a staircase, the southern one comprising rooms of which one houses a vast fireplace. Added to this is a central range of building with ground floor and one storey access to which is by an entrance vaulted with a round arch. On the storey, the room is vaulted with ribs. To the north, a turret containing a small staircase and another range of building attached were added in the early 20th century.
