La construction du 16e siècle est constituée d'un corps de bâtiment relié au corps principal par une tourelle d'angle décapitée. Au 17e siècle, la cour d'entrée qui reliait les rues Rochetail et Polignac, fut partiellement couverte et supporte trois étages. Les étages portent les marques de cette époque avec boiseries, plafonds à la française, fenêtres à petits carreaux, et cheminées à fortes moulures.
