La fondation d'une église est mentionnée à la fin du 12e siècle. Edifice des 14e et 15e siècles, d'architecture gothique, présentant un type peu répandu dans le Velay. Les deuxième et quatrième travées, ainsi que le clocher, sont datés de 1416. La première travée et la façade sont de 1782. L'église comporte aujourd'hui cinq travées, plus une travée de choeur et l'abside pentagonale sur les deux faces. La troisième travée représente la partie la plus ancienne, datant sans doute du 14e siècle avec membrure d'ogives, détails de retombées sculptés, angelots...

History
The foundation of a church is mentioned at the end of the 12th century. Building dating from the 14th and 15th centuries, of Gothic architecture, presenting a type rarely found in Velay.
