Immeuble daté de 1629 avec une cour fermée au fond de laquelle se trouve un escalier à mur noyau dont chaque palier est ouvert en loggia sur cour. Cette cour à galeries ouvertes est caractéristique du Clermont du 17e siècle. Chaque loggia est délimitée par une arcade surbaissée appareillée à clef et imposte saillante, sur laquelle repose une balustrade. Une table pleine dressée au droit de la clef centrale délimite la balustrade en deux. Chaque balustre carrée en poire comporte une panse galbée en tore à profil segmentaire. Ce dessin original se démarque des modèles clermontois habituels, qui sont droits.

History
Building dated 1629 with a courtyard enclosed at the back of which is found a staircase with a newel core each landing of which is open in loggia onto the courtyard. This courtyard with open galleries is characteristic of 17th century Clermont. Each loggia is delimited by a depressed arch with voussoirs and projecting impost, on which rests a balustrade. A solid panel set in line with the central voussoir delimits the balustrade into two. Each square baluster with pear profile comprises a curved belly in torus with segmental profile. This original design stands out from the usual Clermont models, which are straight.
