Immeuble du 17e siècle, présentant une cour séparée de la rue par un petit mur de clôture percé d'une porte piétonne à deux vantaux. En fond de cour, escalier tournant à droite, à mur-noyau perpendiculaire aux paliers ouverts en loggias sur la cour. Chaque volée est délimitée en haut et en bas par une arcade plein cintre retombant sur les supports par l'intermédiaire d'une moulure d'imposte. Les loggias, couvertes de dalles portées par un arc de front surbaissé, sont garnies d'une balustrade à trois travées de quatre balustres. Chaque balustre carré en poire comporte une panse presque droite, modèle courant à Clermont à cette époque.

History
17th-century building, presenting a courtyard separated from the street by a small boundary wall pierced with a two-leafed pedestrian door. At the far end of the courtyard, a staircase turning to the right, with a central wall perpendicular to the landings open as loggias onto the courtyard. Each flight is delimited top and bottom by a round arch returning on the supports by means of an impost moulding. The loggias, covered with slabs carried by a depressed front arch, are furnished with a balustrade with three bays of four balusters. Each square pear-shaped baluster has an almost straight belly, a common model in Clermont at that time.
