Edifice conservant des vestiges de la demeure qui fut, au Moyen-Age, l'hôtel de la famille de Giat dont l'un des membres fut chancelier de Charles VI. Au n°16 se trouve une porte gothique de style ogival flamboyant portant, sur ses piédroits, la mouluration caractéristique de cette période. La porte est couronnée par un gâble flanqué de deux clochetons dont le sommet a disparu. Au n°18, le premier étage présente deux fenêtres de même style que la porte, dont le sommet est couronné d'un gâble en forme d'arc en accolade avec rampants ornés de fleurons sculptés et flanqués également de deux clochetons.

History
Edifice preserving vestiges of the dwelling which was, in the Middle Ages, the townhouse of the Giat family, one of whose members was chancellor of Charles VI. At no. 16 is found a gothic door of flamboyant ogival style bearing, on its jambs, the moulding characteristic of this period. The door is crowned by a gable flanked by two pinnacles whose top has disappeared. At no. 18, the first floor presents two windows of the same style as the door, whose top is crowned by a gable in the form of an accolade arch with rampants ornamented with sculptured fleurons and also flanked by two pinnacles.
